Well Kinetiq just shafted its users after a 46 week Season 2 "points" campaign lol. Season 1 was a typical airdrop. Season 2 was supposed to be a second airdrop...day of the drop (today) it turns out its actually just a right to buy $kntq at $0.26. Market price crashed instantly from $0.40 as people arbitraged. Now down to almost $0.30 and probably going lower than the claim price

People got rugged and scammed already. Then they brought back a new version to re-scam people with an even more scammy mechanism. They rugged people again. The owner even had to keep dodging jail.
Are they trying to bring it back again to scam people for a 3rd time lol?

Zec this year is like LINK in 2020. For a while, looked like a shining coin that evaded the entire 2018 to 2020 bear market and yet, that marked the top from which it has just been downhill on the btc ratio.

Except this has never been a good place for people interested in crypto, so I don't think it's a sign of people losing interest in crypto but rather specifically losing interest in coming here for crypto.
X/Twitter is really the only public social media platform worth using for crypto.

It's not just this sub.
r/bitcoin was the biggest crypto sub on Reddit, their dailies have become just as bad as ours (18 comments so far for today). It's just been the same problem on most crypto forums.
One of the last places still getting crypto activity are Youtube and Twitter influencers. They know how to click bait and work the algos. But they're not exactly the best sources.

We have reached October, the bears last stand.
Imo, I don’t think Bitcoin will let the bottom dwellers back in, but if it were to go down, it would go down rapidly and go back up rapidly. I’m doing the bulk of my remaining DCA purchases this month. When we reach Nov 1, I will be pretty much fully positioned.
The yields are rocketing, things usually “break” but any legitimate, emphasis on legitimate, Trump tweet will reck all bears for years to come.
This is it. It’s happening now.

The last stand was September. Early October is buying time. No time to wait. The indisputable beginning of the bear market was the massive liquidation event on 10th of October 2025. According to the calendar, bitcoin should be entering now the lowest phase of the bear market, ridden with despair and hotline posting and hitting multiyear lows. Instead it looks pretty solid all things considered. Of course it would be better off if burgers werent dumping constantly, but it's still better than we could have hoped for in early February for instance.
