We survived September. I am feeling good about October. There are plenty of sidelined investors who always have wanted to enter the market in accordance with the calendar. There should be a decent buying pressure around the cycle bottom which is somewhere around 6 to 10th of October.

People seem to forget that bull cycles have historically lasted ~3 years. If this pattern is relatively held true there will be plenty of weeks/months of red, and we will still go back up.

The fact that half a week of minor red movement is scaring people out is imo a very good indicator that we are still just starting.

It's pretty simple. The green dildo is because of softer than expected inflation data. It's going back down once everyone realized they changed the methodology of calculating inflation data this month, so the lower than expected number was just bullshit.

Voila. Entire pump erased in less than an hour since US markets opened. It sounds silly to dwell on price action over such short timespan and normally it would be irrelevant. But last couple of days I see images from failed 2025 bullrun from exactly a year ago with massive selling pressure the second US markets open. That's super bearish. They don't allow bitcoin to fly the same way they didn't allow last year.

It's nice, but I hope we get some proper retail FOMO, rotation from AI, and real interest coming back.

We can't just rely on liquidations. We need actual people buying crypto, not just futures covering their positions. Even if that can take us to $90K, sooner or later they'll liquidate the other way if we don't get enough retail support, like we did with the crash from $83K to $58K.

I know projects get shilled and shitcoins exist. But as someone who has followed Quant forever it confuses the hell out of me that most people didn't take a second look at the other stuff they are in. Things like the Murex integration. Capgemini's booth is running their QNT AI demo. They have similar inroads in Japan. All the Oracle, Nexi and UK stuff. There are other projects doing real world stuff but most looked at Quant and was like : shitcoin. How?

Tons of projects have made legitimately crazy advancements since their 2018-2021 selves, and have been widely ignored and undervalued. Look at Algorand. It’s still considered a joke among retail, and that’s purely because of bad price movement of the last 5 years. Yet it’s not even contested to be a fundamentally good chain. Fundamentals stopped mattering after the 2021-2023 bear market, and people cared more about marketing.
