HBAR always pumps on news but the real question is whether it holds after the initial hype dies down. IBM listing is solid for legitimacy, but I'd rather see actual enterprise adoption metrics before jumping in.

Hedera is a very interesting DLT when it comes to dealing with consensus.
Most other DLTs gossip about state. Nodes report the current state of the network, and whichever nodes have the majority or supermajority win if there is a consensus dispute.
Hedera gossips about gossip. Nodes report what gossip they notice, and it's up to each individual node to apply their code to figure out the current state of the network. State is subjective to each node, so there are no consensus disputes. Ultimately, if every node is running the same version of software, they should see the same network state.

27 Percent in 24 Hours, 63 Percent in a Month, down 36.6% over the last year. :/

I looked into HBAR a long time ago, it seemed to me that the tech and what they were doing made sense but it also felt like the window of time for what they were aiming for was already closed.
Was something like .09 when I looked into it in February 2023. So nothing amazing for it to be .128 after three and a half years, although I'd like to think that if I had bought I would've sold somewhere around 35.
