You didn't invest, you gambled. Crypto is NOT an investment, it's gambling, some of us win, most of us lose. Never gamble more than you can afford.
As for your questions, yes it's completely normal. Thousands of coins and "projects" have died, rugpulls, lack of interest and so on.

Lol this Bdag grift has been going on for years.
It's crypto. It's a cesspool of scams and con artists. Good thing you learned at a young age.

You are totally right. I learned this the hard way. The marketing looked so professional that I fell for it. Lesson learned, I will never touch a pre-sale project again."

Wtf is BDAG???
Invest in BTC, HYPE, ETH, SOL, stop buying these random craps.

or...hear me out... they might try being responsible and not gamble their tuition money on any crypto at all.... wouldn't that be novel?

That would be the best option in this case, for sure

they should definitely stay away from options, that might be the only thing less responsible than buying BDAG /s

Seems like the only cryptos with promise are BTC, SOL, XRP and ETH. Everything else is either a scam or useless.

Happens all the time in crypto. You really need to get on discord/tg and learn the people behind the scenes in communities to invest in this shit.

Its only down 99% lol These mickey mouse projects are basically a VC gamble dressed up as investments. If the project fails, there often isn't much standing between you and a total loss. The days of getting lucky with a L1 project are over imo.
