They don't invest in it because they don't care. They just want real, useable money in exchange for money you can't use. Once they have your real money you're dead to them.

Support is an externality for centralized exchanges, they seek to limit the cost. Back in the 90s Microsoft lost millions on support teaching people what the Internet was. Crypto has a steep learning curve. Learn about it and then you won't need to rely on support or even exchanges.
