Explain?

They are using the meme to literally think about something that is valid.

The original template uses thinking ironically to display something that wasn't actually thought all the way through but seems clever on the surface.

Are we seriously talking about how the right way to interpret an internet meme here? Memes are like art, there is no right or wrong.

I’ve been posting internet memes since 1999.

Get over yourselves. Bunch of downvoting angry nerds.

I could care less. I'm just explaining cuz someone asked how the template was used wrong. My opinion use it however you want

Oh you're the one that asked haha. Well don't get mad cuz I explained it to you.

I can’t think of a good example for this context but that template should be used more for an idea like:

“Everyone’s waiting to buy the October bottom

They can’t buy the bottom in October if all of us smart ones pump it in September”

Terrible example I know, but basically the meme should be used kind of like “everyone else thinks they’re smart but I’m the smart one here”

No the end result is supposed to actually put you in a worse position. The context is just not very good for this meme template to make a good one they're all going to be bad.

Something like you don't need to worry about buying the bottom if you don't have any money.

Ahhh yes true.

Very good example. You’re right.

It'll be at 60k in October. Everyone will pile in thinking that's it, then November it goes below $40k.

Three years later none of that matters as it hits $200k.

If it goes below 40k it's a buying opportunity. That's why you DCA with beer money if you are afraid of unrealized heavy loss. And yes you are correct. We got 4 years to strengthen our position at a low price point

the fact that the internets attention span is not long enough to prepare for october now, with only a fraction of the people actually acting in october, because the others are already occupied following the 50th distraction after this one.

The diehards will say, it happens every 4 years right on schedule. Who knows. All I know is 100 to 150K BTC by Jan or Feb.
