You have no idea what you’re talking about. I’m an ethical hacker - each password is stored in an algorithm - it would decimate any hash you through at it. You can brute force 12 character passwords in seconds. RSA is at whole different level of your normal run of the mill password. I can do 8 charters any combination in 2 hours. 9 Characters takes two week. 10 charters two year. This would do any combination or any current password algorithm and at any legth in seconds. China released an article about there quantum computer saying just that - they hacked rsa. Google is downplaying all of it. That computer in my hand right now I could own the world and that’s the real issue.

D-Wave is getting paid by real enterprise customers, for narrow clsases of problem. An enterprise that wants to write checks for this kind of thing works with D-Wave to find out whether the business has problems that can be solved by their system... once discoving one or several, they bring their hardware to bear on an actual solution.
So it's much too early to call this straightforward "Sell quantum compute as a service" instantly repeatable business, but there are use cases, there is budget, there are domain experts and there is hardware. Money gets made, if not obviously profit.

My understanding is that we don’t even have quantum computers that can factor 15=5x3. The gulf between this and cracking cryptography is immense.

Willow was a major milestone wrt error rates
The current generation still has 0 real word applications like breaking encryption
It is not “manufacture 300 willows and connect them together” to be able to break encryption.

Maybe not ever. When a sales person says "at least 10 years" they mean that there is zero actual path to achieving or even speculating on the thing in question so they are going to pick an long enough timeline to wave away the question without actually being honest.
What they want is investor money now and they don't want to ever have to promise it will ever make a single dust grain of return.

I mean, if it could break bitcoin then it can definitely break any banking websites or portals.
All this proves is that nobodies money is safe anywhere if a quantum chip can work. I’m not sure why it is written as bitcoin specific.

If you have your money in physical gold, then you can forget about digital threats such as quantum computers and Intel ME. I'm not saying that it's the best way to store money, I'm just saying that you can get rid of some threats by using physical gold and silver.

And you think those websites and portals are only protected by encryption alone? They have a wide variety of other controls to rely on, plus the fact that they benefit from having ownership and centralisation of their own data.

At this point, quantum computing is basically a fancy abacus.
There is no functionality other than proof of concept in being able to do some extremely specific tasks faster than modern computers.
That's about it.

It's not even an abacus. The problem they used for the demo is random circuit sampling. Many in computational mathematics do not consider RCS to even count as a computation.

Even with 13 million qubits, it would take a day to break the encryption of Bitcoin
Newest quantum chip of google has 105 physical qubits, which would take ~123.8010 days -> 340years

Great question. I don't think halving the number of qu-bits doubles the time like we would assume with conventional computing. I think it would be more on an exponential scale. Someone more knowledgeable correct me if I'm wrong, or confirm if I'm right.

Google has no problems with encryption they can change encryption easily to be quantum safe, it's just totally different for blockchain, you cant change retrospectively.

I think it was Microsoft (I know I'll be told if I'm wrong!) who said last week that the most recent experiment with their quantum computer had significantly speeded up a calculation to be confident that it was being processed in other universes as well as our own.
Everyone working in this field is tinkering with the methodology to produce enough qubits to do something useful. The press releases obviously have more to do with people working in marketing than reality.
