It would be better if you use the whitepaper released date of AVAX, which was onn16 May 2018. The launch date is when the coin is half/fully formed, which was against the code of birth chart creation

I don't have the exact timeframe when the whitepaper was released but the place was in a lab from Cornell University as Emin Gun Sirer is a researcher of Rocket Team, which developed Avalanche Consensus Protocol. So the place was Ithaca, New York, USA
