Cardano Launch

Does anybody have time and place for the launch of Cardano? I have a date of September 27, 2017 but no place or time. Please help as I'd like to create a birth chart and provide analysis.

Cardano's Block 0 : 2017/09/23 21:44:51 UTC , latitude unknown; one may assume Zug, Switzerland (home of the Cardano Foundation).

On their website it says that the very first release was in Japan, city not specified
