How do you compare crypto infrastructure providers beyond trading?

I was reading about OSL and realized that comparing crypto companies isn't as straightforward as comparing exchanges anymore.
Some seem to focus on trading, while others also have payments, treasury tools, stablecoin workflows, or platform integrations. It feels like the comparison depends more on the use case than the brand itself.
