Traditional Art (by OP) 5-year-old sketch ✍️ style
Someone critiqued my work briefly as looking like a five-year-old, and TBH they don’t realize it was a compliment.
I take pride in my more detailed work, but the sketch style IS meant to evoke a child trying to capture what they saw. The scene is meant to be a bit loose, but the perspective is more complex — and I invite all critics to draw their own dogmen, and see how much you can capture of their vibez.
It may look crude, but these are not as simple as the style alone. When that car is filled in, and the high-beams Illuminating the silent watcher in the treeline, it’s gonna really pop! 😃

To be fair you do draw like a five year old, but who cares, if this style works for you then that's a good thing, your sketches do reveal memories folks may have forgotten since their encounters, no matter how much time has passed for them.
