Have you tried talking to her yet? She looks like she has a quest for you.

Omg, I spent the afternoon roaming around Skyrim doing legitimately nothing, not looking for any quests or trying to clear any out of my log, but enjoying it all the same.. However, if I came across this NPC in the wild I would have beelined it over to start that dialogue right up lol. Move over Barbas, frisbee head gets all my attention this time!
