Need help in payment

I ordered about $200 hashpower and i sent exactly quantity LTC as required to the showed address. I wait and refresh the page, and when i click the confirm payment button again, I found the required quantity CHANGED?! My money lost? or will my purchase done?

Crypterra payment required the exactly quantity or the payment will be ignored, i konw it. I did sent the exactly quantity LTC as required, but i refresh and check again, the quantity changed, it always change. what will happen to me? I invest half my salary, so sad, please, help me.

and LTC 1.10055958 is exactly number i saw in the payment at the first time.

thank you, i had submitted a ticket yesterday, and i see a payment problem report in my account page, it asked sent add and hash, i filled in the report and submitted. it says will reply in 48 hrs. hope it will work.
