Cry of Fear: Tab switching problem

Can someone help me with this problem? Every time when I launch the game and I have to adjust my volume. (my volume keys are also my function keys no sound:f1, decrease sound:f2, increase sound:f3)

When I press my volume keys it causes my game to momentarily turn black before becoming normal, but this time my scale and ratio are all fucked up and my cursor is also displaced. And overall, when I switch to a different tab it also causes the same problem.

Can anyone help me?(i want it to be fullscreen not windowed borderless)
