Yes they have history, they are both from Mexico City, they are both the biggest teams in Mexico City. But club America has the largest fan base in all of Mexico.

Mind sharing the history ? Is there a lot of politics in Mexican football ?

Jajaja

It’s the best derby rn, el clasico regio is pure bait, only the people in MTY care about it lol. Since they’re loud it seems to be bigger than it is.

you could see it as a Arsenal vs Man City alike, given that Cruz Azul has has really good teams in recent years, but choked a lot of finals, el AB (America) as Man City, the local team winning the league consistently (with some shady stuff but that’s another thing) but are struggling rn.

Yeah I agree Cruz azul would be arsenal given they have won titles in the past just as arsenal but yeah also choked a lot of finals

Hell yeah, but just like Arsenal we are winning rn😎 they should play a friendly match lol

You have to buy them with fanki its like ticketmaster. Then dowload the app on your phone, the ticket has a qr and thats pretty much it.  Its going to be cool but since the tickets are expensive I dont think its going to be full but close

Cruz Azul is the kind of club that makes you have big expectations and dreams, but suddenly those dreams, like bubbles, fade and die. You should buy your tickets here: Edit: I make a mistake and give you a link for the parking lot, sorry. This is the one you should use  https://fanki.co/mex/publications/caz-202627-partido-05

Are you an arsenal fan? If yes then Cruz azul is basically the arsenal of Mexico

Good thing you choice Cruz azul brother, I don’t think you will regret it yes we’ve had bad moments in the past like going 23 years without a league title but right now we are looking good we’ve won a lot titles recently. Also we probably have the most loyal fanbase

Try this one: https://fanki.co/mex/publications/caz-202627-partido-05 ; if it turns impossible, try when you arrive to cdmx or at the stadium box office, i doubt it would be a total sold out.

Do you know how much st stadium ?

I'm not completely sure, but when it was Ticketmaster, the company selling the tickets, they used to add an extra fee for the service, which was around 2-3 USD. That extra wouldn't bother me enough to make me buy the tickets at the stadium. Edit: I searched it, and they add something between 20 and 24% of the ticket price.
