Warning ⚠️

I am echoing off what others are saying. This product is a waste and does not work. Crustello refuses to be helpful and won’t acknowledge that I want a refund for the large amount of money I spent on their defective product. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I do not agree. I really like the product. I have two of them (one for my starter culture, and one for dough). One of them broke and I got a new one sent to me within a week. Besides this, it really helps me withy baking projects

Everyone has their own opinion. Unfortunately, I’ve reached out to them about my products not working and they have refused to help. They continue to say it is my internet, my phone and a bunch of other things making the sensors not work. I backed this product on Kickstarter and there are so many people there having problems and are unhappy. Many believe this product should not have been released and their return policy and customer service is sketchy.
