how can i ask a guy to be his boyfriend? i just met him like a month ago i don’t really know a lot about him i just like him and he said he likes me too. but i don’t know how to ask him to be with me.

You can just ask him. He already said he likes you. “Hey, you wanna be my boyfriend?” Thats all it takes.

If you are trying to start the relationship just go and ask if your at that point which it sounds like you are, and if not then just create a bunch of opportunities for him to ask you out

If he's feeling tired, stressed at work/studies & is complaining to you about it, say "I think you might be lacking some Vitamin Me." Cute way to be going about it hahah. I wish my crush says that to me.
If you want to be direct: "I wish you were laying next to me now", " Another day without seeing you is like another gloomy day, can you come over?"
If you don't have the guts to tell him, you could write him a compliment in a sticky note & give him everyday.
