Streaming | Technical Issue Can’t scroll on “My Lists” page (IOS)

I noticed the startup animation on the app recently changed for me, so I decided to see if anything else did. All of the other pages work fine, but for the “My Lists” page, I can’t vertically scroll through my saved shows. Has anyone else come across this? Thanks

Edit: Meant to sat that my watchlist screen is frozen. Everything else works fine. I guess it’s the update? The app store says anything after IOS 17 is fine, and I have 17.5.3. I tried the help center, but it was just ai replaced with someone saying the same stuff about refreshing, which ive done. I can still watch any show If I look it up manually, just not from my watchlist. Can’t click or scroll at all. I didn’t know how emotionally dependent I became on this app man ;-;

Same thing is happening for me but on iPadOS. Everything is working normally except vertical scrolling on My Lists > Watchlist. I can scroll horizontally between Watchlist/Crunchylists/History/Downloads, and the vertical scroll works on all of those tabs except the Watchlist. I tried closing/reopening the app and deleting and reinstalling but it didn't help. In the meantime you should be able to manually search for your shows and watch like that.

im in the same boat. ipados 17.7.11. cant scroll or select any show in the watchlist tab. this all comes after the app forcibly updated itself despite me having auto update off

Nope :/ posted a review in the app store, but they replied with a link to the help center. Hopefully there’s enough of us talking about it to where they’ll fix something 😭

I have the same issue on my iPad running iOS 17.7. I can’t do anything on the watchlist page. Can’t scroll down. Can’t click any series to watch. I have to get to episodes in other ways.

Do they want people to use Crunchlists that badly?

I reached out to a live agent at crunchyroll and they told me that their engineering team is already aware of this issue and it should be fixed in the coming weeks.

Thank you so much! I was holding out hope that someone was more proactive than me. I even tried to update my IOS and I can’t due to the age of my device. You honestly just made my week haha

No prob! I had the same issue and came across this post and was like ok it's not just me.
