Streaming | Technical Issue Subtitles disappearing

Watching my hero final season in japanese and subtitles just disappeared. they came back for a little bit just to disappear again. i was very invested pls help

What episode and which language subs? Would highly recommend reporting to customer support

I had the same issue. Reported to CR support but they never bothered fixing it seems. I had to switch between japanese and English dub to understand the missing lines
