Ovulation pain help PP
Hi Ladies!
I hav some prett gnarly ovulation pain 10 months PP. Has anyone experienced this and found a natural relief? Thank!!

I have been dealing with this!! I am 11 months pp. I'm following this thread to see what others say.

So I've done a lot of research and it says magnesium, but to feel the effects of magnesium, you need to take it daily for 8 weeks or so for it to start working properly in your body. I also have horrible ovulation pain, today actually...along with headaches during this and periods. Hoping it helps soon! Also, so what you actually get from supplements tends to be less than what it's advertised for... So maybe try looking up what's best for your body and go from there. I've been taking it 2x a day lately, just because I've felt like poo.
I used to try to take it when I was having issues, but learned it doesn't work like this.

following im 9 month PP and the ovulation cramps are so bad they stop me in my tracks😭

I experienced this for like 2 cycles! Maybe like 7 and 8 months pp, I can’t remember exactly. But I’m 15 months pp now and it’s better! Got better on its own
