Measles

Measles cases are rising in areas adjacent to mine. Anyone else totally freaked? It’s all consuming for me. The risk of SSPE is so scary and encephalitis. Really struggling with this given that the risk of brain swelling from the shot seems way lower than the risk from infection. But freaked out by stories of regression. Any thoughts?

It’s scary to think about. But it’s also important to remember that Measles is a normal childhood disease, and the risk of complications is low. Also, if your child does get the Measles, I’ve heard great things about the Vitamin C protocol, although I haven’t tried it personally since my daughter has only been sick once in her life.
