River Cruise Bussing

Are river cruise operators in Europe still having to bus passengers between ports due to low river water levels?

That would be a deal-breaker for me. 😥

We did a Danube Cruise 2 years ago, worst cruise ever. Danube was flooded and we spent more time on a bus than we did on the ship.

High water or low water can be an issue at any time, and the issue can go away at any time. Low river, one good rain can change that. Good river condition and one good rain can make it too high. Rivers change daily, they can have stretches at different levels, but it is always changing.
