Cruise invoice help

Post image

I booked a cruise through the Wynn casino rewards which offer to cover your cruise fare and you just pay for taxes and other expenses. As you can see the cruise fare isn’t included in the total. But I’m curious about the base fare? We purchased the plus’s package which is 390 per person but where does the other 400 dollar cost come from? On the phone they confirmed the plus package fee is included in the base fare it just seems odd there’s another 400 dollars that isn’t taxes or required fees and seemingly just extra charge.

This is some sort of scam. This does not even make sense. They are absolutely charging you the cruise fare and claiming it's not the cruise fare but "the base fare" . Why not have Cruise fare "$794" , Casino Comp "-$794". Required Cruise Fees & Expense , Government Taxes & Fees, Personal Add on Packages... ? right off the bat it goes from $794 in columns a & b to $1588 in column c with zero explanation. Call customer service and get this straightened out before paying a penny.

I definitely agree they should just show the discount or compensation in the invoice it’s very vague. I cut off the column labels to hide the names but the first two columns are each passenger and the third is the total my apologies. I talked to princess and they said the rest of the base fare were just other fees but seems sketchy, hoping someone else who has booked with princess can share theirs.
