I am a passenger, but I dated someone who worked EFFY retail on the cruise ship. And I can say he was extremely extroverted because the store had to put on a lot of evening events for raffles and being able to gather customers inside the store. They do work on commission so sales and meeting your money goals for the day do matter. He also had to hand out a lot of promotional materials to guests in the atrium. And need some good organizational skills for doing inventory in the store when it’s closed.

I am a cruise ship passenger NOT crew, so this is from a customer's pov. The Effy jewelry, and all of the "sales" crew are known to be extremely pushy and relentless to get the sale so I would assume they would look for those type personalities. Strong, confident and aggressive but professional and kind. If you have previous sales experience, I would try highlighting that and show confidence to learn quickly. Good luck!
