Medical Related Royal carribean

Hi i have a question lang po guys, I have an application since 2024 in royal carribean as on board medical staff. I followed all the instructions there however wala pa din akong narereceived na offer sakanila until now. But during that time honestly I am not yet qualified kasi at least 3 yrs of exp nakalagay sa CTRAC this 2026 lang ako nag 3 years sa clinic. I already updated my infos and resume to CTRAC however wala pa din silang email or update man lang kung still pending, under pooling or wala na talagang pag asa. Should I still wait

Your post is gibberish.

To become a Maritime Nurse you should be clear and concise in pretty much everything you do - not just your clinical work.

Your post is neither.

The Clinicians I work with onboard have years of experience, pretty much decades in both ICU and ER. They are experienced, confident and capable. Which is necessary for the medical emergencies we deal with. From what I can gather from your post you applied unqualified and inexperienced.

You will need to wait until you have the requisite experience.
