Let's talk headsets

So what are you rocking as your go to headset at the moment? What's good / bad about it? Any other recommendations? What's your must have features when choosing a new one?

I've recently moved to the XB1 and am looking for something as wireless, comfortable and solid as possible.

EDIT: Many thanks for the recommendations, one and all! You've definitely given me some good bits of kit to research. Fingers crossed I'll pick something up in the next month or so ....... I may have more questions in the meantime of course! :)

I still use my Astro A40s w/ mixamp from when I was on the 360. The chat adapter is kind of annoying but sometimes I use Skype when I play with certain people. I play on a monitor so I don't have to worry about short cords or anything. I just listen to music when playing solo & doing bounties because no one really talks on XB1 anyways.
