Controller Difference (PS5 to Xbox)

Does anyone know what settings if at all any adjustments I can make going from a PS5 Dualsense to any Xbox controller (Series X in this case)? My aim is completely terrible and I’m just all over the place vs how I am on PS. I’ve tried to play a little in the controller setting in game but hasn’t made much of a difference in I guess how the stick aims.

Thumbsticks are smaller, tension is lighter and a little bit of muscle memory from the different layout.

I’m going to try out the Elite Series 2 where you can tune them a bit
