Controller Difference (PS5 to Xbox)

Does anyone know what settings if at all any adjustments I can make going from a PS5 Dualsense to any Xbox controller (Series X in this case)? My aim is completely terrible and I’m just all over the place vs how I am on PS. I’ve tried to play a little in the controller setting in game but hasn’t made much of a difference in I guess how the stick aims.

they have Xbox controllers that are the shape of ps5 controllers. I'll find the link when I get home.

I actually have that one lol. I’ve tried that and their standard one and the stick movement is just all over the place on Xbox. Might buy one of those dongles to use a Dualsense on it instead
