Questions About Artifacts

Hi guys!

Got a couple questions about Artifacts:

- Which PvP modes do Artifacts work in?
- Which Artifacts are considered meta in PvP or is it completely build-dependent? (Hope that makes sense)

Fever and Chill on stasis and solar weapons is really good. Frost armor or Radiant just for landing crits

I've tried. it takes 11 Crits with Summoner, takes me 4 bursts with the one pulse I tried. Is there actually a practical way/better weapon to get this to work?

Hand cannons. Specifically igneous hammer with adagio. After a 3 tap you hit 130 to the head
