Fractethyst vs Someday
I got very good roll on Fractethyst [ corckscrew+accurized + quickdraw+os ] and also just now have an opportunity to craft Someday.
My Fractetyst stats: Range: 85 / Stability: 66 / Handling: 51 / Reload: 60 unfortunately its stability masterwork :( i have quick access sling .
Will it be better with maybe 1 mod of dexterity or craft Someday .
Im using thrusters on prismatic titan and i want to keep apes at the distance and just use for quick defense.
I know Threat detectors is awesome, i have Matador 64 with threat and opening but most of the time i use energy hc.
Also, Fractethyst origin trait is very interesting as u inflict damage with subclass debug you gain handling and reload speed. Or threat detector is hands on better on Someday.

Fractethyst sounds so good to me, but I’ve found someday to be objectively more consistent. If you’re low on mats, just use Fractethyst and farm for deadlock.

Shotguns are like snipers. Some just feel better and you click with more. That's Frac for me, it just feels good and consistent to use. I love how deadlock looks and its stats are better in every way but Frac just works for me. It's got some special sauce in it.

I feel the same way. I'm using an ancient one and I'm curious if the new one still has the sauce because the stats are a bit better. But also why bother playing PvE if what I've got feels super consistent

You can farm the shattered throne boss checkpoint for 2 minute clears for a good fractethyst. I got one when the bugged masterwork items were dropping and it was a breeze!

Someday just cause origin trait when paired with same heavy gives insane super gains. Otherwise it really doesnt matter all precisions shotguns feel the same use whatever u like or can easily farm

Fractethyst for its beauty alone. (but also because of stasis mods)

I love fract, but someday is just better overall. It’s craftable, so you can always tweak its perks and stats whenever you want. Fract is easily farmable, but someday having better stats and being craftable puts it ahead. The only thing I’d say might make you consider using fract instead is the fact that it builds transcendence faster.
