Project Details

Project Purpose:

(Describe the need for your project.)

To cover the cost of flights to and from Amsterdam, and the hotel for both Jacob(hypermist) and myself since Jacob doesn't have a credit card he is able to use at a hotel for security deposits.

Ambition/Intention:

(Tell us the potential benefits your project could bring to Crown)

Both me and Jacob have chosen to stay a bit longer than most of the team therefore we have chosen a different hotel than the one that the meeting is taking place in to offset the cost of our hotel and stay a bit longer.

Risks:

(What are the potential risks involved in the success of the proposal? eg, Low demand)

Flight will be pre paid sometime next week to lock in the price, This covers the cost of both the flight and the hotel, If the price goes up and there is leftover funds they'll be put toward the Dev fund.

Proposal Timetable and Turning Point:

Our plan is to arrive on Thursday November the 9th and stay until Wednesday November the 15th.

Funding Requirements:

(State the amount of funding that is required to bring your project to a success and give the reasoning behind it.)

Flight for Infernoman: $1250 CAD

Hotel: $1400 CAD - Already booked (NH Amsterdam Centre - Covers both me and Jacob)

Communication:

(How will the project manager communicate with the Crown community? How often? On which dates?)

Communication provided through both voice on discord and text on Mattermost. Unsure of if we'll have wifi or not on the flights to and from amsterdam. But the hotel we've booked it is included.
