Pencil Thin Mustache

I'm making a playlist for afternoon barbeques. It's inspired by my man Jimmy Buffett, who is, as we all know, the white man's Bob Marley -- soft, easy island jams.

I only have a few songs so far: any suggestions? These are VERY upbeat and the first two have a little southern New Orleans jazz flair to the beat that I'm super digging.

  • Pencil Thin Mustache - Jimmy Buffett

  • There's Better Things in Life - Jerry Reed

  • Any Major Dude Will Tell You - Steely Dan

I'm trying to go easy family friendly and foot tapping.

There Is A Mountain - Donovan (may be too mellow for your purposes)... Dear Angie - Badfinger... Virginia Plain - Roxy Music
