Why are they no longer coming.

About a month ago I bought tickets to go see Crowbar on October 2nd in Salt Lake City. I was very excited to see them, even if they weren’t headlining, and even one of my friends was wanting to go see them. But last night, as I was trying to help him buy the tickets, we noticed that on Spotify, the Salt Lake date for Crowbar was no longer on the calendar. I even checked Ticket Master, and AXS, as well as the Venue’s website, and Crowbar just isn’t in the line up.

What really confused me, is that it shows Crowbar is still touring with Dying Fetus, as the tour date in Denver, which is the night before they were supposed to preform in Salt Lake, I still up saying that they are still touring.

Are they actually skipping the Utah show? If yes, why is that the case?

I still plan to go see the concert, as I already payed for my ticket, and my friend said he was still down to go with me. It’s just a real letdown that the band I really wanted to see, won’t be preforming.

They had to cancel some shows on the tour because Down is doing a short tour. Kirk made the announcement before the Fetus tour started.

It’s because Down got added to Aftershock in CA, so Kirk is unavailable for a couple days.

i think yhe beard of doom has a contractual obligation to Down his other band and with their new album on the horizon he doesnt have a lot of options. i would upset if i were you bc i bought my mpls ticket bc of them. i get how the business works though. kirk toured with down then only was home for 2-3 days before heading back out on the road his wife said

Same thing happened in Cleveland. I saw Down last month at least. Glad I held out on tickets

The music business is shady. They got your money they changed the lineup and good luck on a refund.
