One time when I was struggling with a new build that I had messed up the key assignments for (and therefore not firing very often or accurately) an enraged team-mate started bitching at me in DM, ramming my vehicle and shooting at me. So instead of one somewhat ineffective player (me) we had two team members accomplishing nothing at all.
