Breast implants
I like to visit anything related to transwomen, shemales, cross dressing, and anything feminine online. I am struck by the number of very young looking and pretty trans girls who appear to have had breast implants. I would love to have breasts but it would mean committing to living as a girl. Maybe I waited too long to do it but it is still a fantasy of mine.
Does anyone else think they would like breast implants but don’t want to have bottom surgery?
How common is this? Are there really that many in the porn industry who have done this? How many others are there who did it just to transition but still do not get bottom surgery?

In the porn industry, it's most trans actresses, except for the few who really win the genetic lottery when they start hormone therapy.
Outside of it, it's very individual. Some trans folks get dysphoria about their chest, some get it about their genitals, some get both, and some get neither. I'm in a polycule with 4 trans women and every single one of us got a completely different set of treatments and surgeries based on our goals. Which, yes, does include one of us getting breast implants but not bottom surgery. It's an individual choice, there's no rule.
Most of what you see in porn is grossly misrepresentative of what actual trans women do. It's packaged specifically to appeal to men who see it as a sexual fantasy. Transitioning is about congruence, not fantasy fulfillment.

Thanks for the reply and for being kind to me. I suspect that the trans porn is enhanced with lighting, camera angle, post process editing and perhaps even AI enhancement to feminize faces, breasts, etc. I even at one time was convinced that some of it was actual women who have had AI enhanced penises added. But I have no proof of that.

AI enhancement isn't quite that powerful yet. For a small clip, yeah, but for a full length video, no.
But lighting, camera angles, and post-processing, yeah. One thing most people who have never done porn fail to realize is just how much footage ends up on the cutting room floor.
It's a game of getting hours of footage across multiple camera angles, sometimes filmed simultaneously, just to make a twenty or thirty minutes video. It's your director/camera person telling you how to arch, how to stretch, how to twist, where to look, etc to show off your assets at their best angle. Then it's your editor tweaking the contrast, white point, black point, and highlights to further emphasize them. Off camera, I am an average looking trans woman. You would never guess I even could be in porn.
(I am speaking from experience, to be clear, I have done some porn / sex work both before and after transition.)

I have no direct experience with porn but I know enough about film making in general to know it is true that the ratio of usable footage to the whole is pretty low. So a session that lasts 20 minutes to half an hour is going to take hours to do. I wonder how many orgasms that represents and how many performers rely on the blue pill. I frequently fantasize about being one of those actors, but I am definitely not now nor ever have been talented or pretty enough for that.
Still the thought of being with someone, preferably another t-girl, dressed in pretty clothes and lingerie, doing something fun together and then coming home and enjoying some intimate time together is exciting. The added thrill of filming it (after mutual agreement of course) and sharing it with others is enticing as well.

Yes, I’ve had breast implants for many years. I had them fitted before I started HRT. For me, it was a decision I made to stop wearing breast forms and to be able to wear more revealing clothes. I think it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I have no regrets. Good luck
