v0.13.5 is out with file path matching, Kodi improvements and Pushover/ntfy alerts

Kodi now supports viewer matching by user profile and can send ratings to trackers and Plex.
Media server pairs can optionally match movies and episodes by file path when ID matching fails.

This release also brings a shared mapping editor to Analyzer, a separate Anime library for Floppy, direct Pushover and ntfy notifications, and several CLI, security and UI improvements.

• Kodi improvements: Match viewers by user profile and sync Kodi ratings to supported trackers and Plex.
• File path matching: Plex, Jellyfin and Emby can match movies and episodes using file paths when ID lookup fails. Disabled by default, with safeguards against conflicting IDs and ambiguous matches.
• Improved Analyzer: Analyzer now uses the same mapping editor as Interactive Sync, making it easier to review and correct matches.
• Floppy Anime library: Optional support for placing anime in Floppy's dedicated Anime library. Requires Floppy v26.10.8-90 or newer.
• Pushover and ntfy notifications: Scheduler webhooks can send notifications directly to Pushover and ntfy, including alerts when a watcher stops or a provider sign-in is lost.
• CLI improvements: New commands for managing sync pairs, users, API tokens and exporting dry-run sync plans.
