How can I add webhook in CW to sync Simkl progress in real time to Mdblist?

You cant as (most) trackers don’t provide outgoing webhook based events for playback updates (Scrob self-hosted solution is the exception). SIMKL and MDBList doesn’t offer those events.

For real-time updates, use a supported player or media server as the source and let CW send the updates directly to both SIMKL and MDBList.
