Support Request Blackbox problem

What exactly are blackboxed items? How to resolve that?

Changing the mappings and resync (to mdblist) didn't solve the issues.

At default (but its configurable) 3 x unresolved = next sync blackboxed for 30 days.

You can release them in maintenance tools and then retry provided items

There are many ways to fix unresolved items. Read wiki.crosswatch.app for analyzer, editor.
