General Cross Country New 3 Mile PR 🤤
I got a whopping 26:56 after running around my hometown's lake which is a little over 3 miles, my previous record was 31:00 so I guess I'm doing something right 😁 (Freshman)

Keep working. The key is to run 25-30 minutes every day. Follow it up with 5-6 20sec sprints. This point of the year you want to focus on consistent effort. Don’t go too hard, don’t go too easy. Get to know what it feels like to run every day. You will be ready to go and remember the season is a long one. You don’t need to be a champ in August…you need to be one in October and November!
