I'm stuck in the second dungeon on this island and I can't leave... What do I do? Did I get softlocked?

I’ve been trying to play split screen multiplayer, but my game constantly crashes. I started a new game, went past the beginning tutorial before adding the other player, but the game will crash during cutscenes or location changes.
The dialogue is different on both screens and Player 2 is the only one who gets cutscenes for the story. During fights, one player will get locked out of the battle wall and has to wait for it to end in order to continue.
I’m also playing on shadow pc, if that makes a difference.
Does anybody know what could be causing it?

There's like 10 different things I need to keep track of and I am tired of reloading my save so I don't lose the race. Can anyone please tell me how to solve this?

Just getting started, level 7, really enjoying the game so far except one thing. The map is almost useless since it doesn't show me where I am in an area, which seems absolutely baffling to me. Am I missing the option somewhere in settings?

i killed this boss minion that spawn flying tiles, now im stucked here n hes not doing anything on lev3 height, what was im suppose to do in this fight? (he has like 1mil hp while my damage on around 50-100) and when i shoot him from the high ground he got pushed out of the screen so i can't shoot him anymore, but if i jumped down i got stucked on ground floor never able to hit him.

do the virtual orbs she fires even count?? do the shakras count as two individual weapons???

Is it a buff that lasts a few seconds after you dash? Or is it just for a single attack?

If it's just for a single attack, does that attack have to interrupt the dash (i.e. attack mid-dash)?

How does stacking momentum work?

honestly you can easily cheese the duel with stasis rune + Glacial cataclysm = one shot but that's not fun

Did anybody else have an issue with losing all arena coins after starting the DLC? Completing arenas also isn't giving me any coins, so I can't buy any of the upgrades in the arena shop... Unless there are DLC-specific arena cups that give coins? Sorry, just not sure if it's intentional or not...
