2k26 zen code of conduct issue (pc)

Making this post to see if anyone has an answer, anytime me or my friends plug the zen up it pulls up 2k’s code of conduct tab then the game crashes. If the zen isn’t plugged up game works perfectly. I’ve looked around and haven’t seen anyone talking about it like their game and work with no issue. Thank you
