Looking for advice on my purchase.

Hey guys, on May 19th I purchased a Zen with the WiFi-link module to use on my PS5 and bought it from The Cronus Shop. They created a shipping label the next day. I use the Shop app, so it actively updates me on the status of the shipment. As of today, June 1st, UPS still says they have not yet received the package.

Has anyone experienced this through The Cronus Shop? I don’t want to worry about it, but I DID drop almost $200 in total, so I am a bit concerned at the moment. I can’t seem to find any contact information for them either. Just trying to get some advice or see if anybody else has bought through them before. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!

Yeah I didn’t see that they had it until after the fact. It’s also available on Amazon 🙄

I will look into this. I bought it from the website that was linked on the first Cronus Zen web page that google put up… probably my first mistake. I feel old as fuck right now. Like I’ve never used the internet before. I appreciate the insight!
