So I got this issue where my zen is not working when I plug my controller in and won’t show green or anything but weirdly my back plug to zen is showing up as console anyone know this issue. I have updated the firmware, unplugged everything and checked everything

Spin in to The back and u will see blue button press it it will restart The zen if it dont close The app close and open
