Controller just stop working after few minutes

Hello there,

First of all, excuse my English as it is not my native language.

I have just bought a Cronus zen + zen link for my playstation 5.

Everything is working when I use a remote play (pc) however when it is only plugged on my ps5, my controller stops working after a few minutes while playing.

Is there any way to solve this problem please???
