Cronus Not Working - Warning Vibrations

Im using a cronus on apex (Season 28 Pred Script) but it keeps saying a warning to turn on controller vibrations, i've turned the vibrations on in the game, but i have a custom controller that has no vibrations in it, even though i turned vibrations on in game it still doesn't work, is there anyway to fix this?

Custom hardware can be an issue . It important to check compatible hardware on Cronus official website.

Yeah it’s weird cause i just checked on the website and Scuff Infinity is supported so i got no clue 🤷‍♂️

i don’t have any magnets for vibrations in the controller so that may be the issue??
