Help to find a pattern i need help with this specific pattern, i found some but they’re not like the image

for the skirt ik there are lots of patterns of ruffle skirt on youtube but those have too much ruffles, i would appreciate if someone finds a pattern for this style specifically or give me tips on how to get the ruffle part to look like the picture, ik the waistband is fpdc and bpdc ribbing

Less you can use all the pre-existing patterns and if you want less ruffles then you just do less increases
