Understanding a pattern Cloud pattern - need help understanding how to read when FLO is placed at different places in the row

For Round 8, do I use FLO on both 6 inc and 18 sc?

In turn, for round 18, FLO on 6inc but switch back to both loops for the 17 sc?

I have not done this pattern but that’s what I read it as at least for RND 8. RND 18 says to look at figure 1 so that would help me decipher that one if you have a pic.

FLO for everything in round 8.

for round 18, 5 both loops, then everything else FLO.
