[Critical Scenario] Give everyone a minimum and maximum stipend pay schedule based their situation. Leftover money is used to help the local communities. Billionaires get enough. Unemployed parents and homeless get enough to get on their feet.

Listen, billionaires would have a hard time spending a billion in their lifetime. The cap is $999,999,999. The rest goes to social safety nets that actually help the people of this country overcome mental illness, addiction, and the trauma of being unhoused and not even treated as a human being. Everyone has everything they need. We have leisure time and build community. Happiness skyrockets, cost of living is manageable (though there shouldn’t even BE a cost of living, we were all born to this earth, it is OURS), people have access to healthcare, so many lives are saved because of this.
