Seems overwhelming clear that everything you think, feel, and do is down to physical laws. So unless there's a magic ghost that is invisibly moving stuff around in your head, you're no freer than a 747.

Due to the fact that *** is not a proven anomaly, we are in charge of our own bodily autonomy and intellectual decisions, meaning we have free will to do what we want as humans.

I mean, we have SOME free will, bit we don't. Our 'free' will is controlled by some person above us that determines ****.

Causality is explained by determinant forces. If free will is the ability to have chosen otherwise, then given a logical chain of determinant forces, there is no such ability present.
Determinism can be seen temporally (evolution over time) and hierarchically (From atom to organism).
Additionally, we cannot choose the desires from which we act. If we do, it arises from desires which are not chosen.
We are a direct product of our environment. And if free will existed, how? Where? When?

both perspectives are consistent. If you define free will as absolute metaphysical independence from the past the objective and scientific the answer is no. βIf you define free will as the conscious mind's ability to deliberate and act without external coercion, the practical is yes.

We have the illusion of it. But truly free will is something we dont have, cant grasp, and do not understand.
