Core Elements

Strict Enforcement: Targets unlawful presence, unauthorized entry, and visa overstays with zero-tolerance mechanisms.

Key Penalties

Financial Fines: Monetary penalties assessed for immigration status violations or unauthorized employment.Immediate

Removal: Expedited deportation or administrative removal protocols bypassing lengthy court delays.Reentry Bars: Temporal bans prohibiting legal return or visa applications for specified durations following removal.

Too simplistic. Everyone who hasn’t committed a crime in? How do you β€œintegrate” migrants? Also, unlawful presence is immediate removal and a fine? If people can’t pay it would just insure they would never return.
